Roastery

Small Batch Artisan Roasted Brazilian Specialty Coffees

Fera Coffee Co. was created in Brazil in 2020 and has officially started roasting operations in the US. Maintaining similar roasteries in both Sao Paulo and Nashville allows us to provide the freshest possible roasted coffee to all of our friends north or south of the equator.

Our mission is to highlight the variety of specialty coffees that Brazil has to offer through our small batch, artisan roastery.

Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee beans and has traditionally been thought of as a “quantity over quality” producer.  In the past 10 years however, there has been an explosion in demand from consumers for a higher quality product and the cafecultors of Brazil have listened, with increasing numbers each year looking not only to improve quality output, but to do it  through sustainable methods. expand upon this section.
